Choose a university in Korea

Hi everyone, I need some advice on choosing a university. I'm researching several universities to apply to next semester and I'm feeling overwhelmed. I want to study economics, but I don't know which one to prioritize. Seoul National University and Goryeo University are popular, but are their tuition fees too high? What about mid-range universities like Gacheon University and Gyeonghee University? Are their economics programs good? Should I prioritize the university's location near the city center, or does it matter where I study? Also, do I need to translate a lot of documents when applying through the application center? Which universities offer many scholarships for Vietnamese students? I'm also torn between going straight to university or attending a language school first. Anyone who has applied before, please share your experiences on choosing a university, applying, and preparing documents. Thank you so much!
