Has anyone ever applied to Jeonnam National University?

Hello. I am studying in Mandalay with an IT diploma. I am thinking of applying to Jeonnam University for Data Science. I am looking at the admissions website and I am confused about the requirements, so I would like to ask for advice. I would like to know if I can apply with just TOPIK1, or should I go to a language school? It would be good to know how much the tuition and fees are. I also don't know if I can apply directly from Mandalay. When do you start accepting applications and applications... I don't understand each one, so if you know the general idea, please let me know.
